I support organizations in making cultural and structural innovations. To do so, I work with both leaders and leadership teams – always with a finger on the pulse of change and real-world challenges.

I have been a dishwasher, visual merchandiser, doorman, nightclub manager, salesman, receptionist, bar manager, paramedic, and even a diving guide! While working full time, I completed my degree in Business Administration at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. My experiences have led me to meet people from all over the world from many walks of life. And one thing I learned- Everyone is a little bit crazy in their own special way. This is a good thing.

Later, I went on to join the international hotel industry. I was involved in numerous projects centered on building hotel brands throughout Europe. I managed the opening of bars, restaurants and hotels – most recently as General Manager for the 25hours Hotel Company. My vision was twofold – I wanted to create places where guests have extraordinary experiences and to implement new approaches for employees in working together. Many of the properties I managed have received prestigious awards. This resulted from a mixture of solid craft, a touch of madness and the inherent knowledge that »We can only do this together«.

Today I consult organizations in finding solutions to the challenges of a new world. My clients develop strategies to not only persist in this world, but to shape it. In executive and team coaching, I help them to create value for their stakeholders. In leadership programs, I support them in building innovative organizations. And when it comes down to it, I go through thick and thin with them. I am a certified coach (ICF), team coach (EMCC) and business trainer (BDVT).
In my personal life, I strive to cook the perfect Osso Buco, love being outdoors and probably drink too much coffee. I live in Berlin with my wife and our two always curious and energetic children.
